Jeremy Raguain
Alliance of Small Island States (AOSIS)
Jeremy Raguain is an Alliance of Small Island States (AOSIS) Fellow from Seychelles and the Seychelles Mission to the UN’s Climate Change and Ocean Advisor. He has a background in International Relations, Environmental Geographical Sciences and Environmental Management with interests in climate change, ocean and international security issues. Before the Fellowship Jeremy worked for five years with the Seychelles Islands Foundation coordinating the foundation’s projects and communications while contributing to national policy focused on climate change, biodiversity conservation and more. Jeremy describes himself as conservationist and active citizen, volunteering and leading projects with the Global Shapers Community and the Sustainable Ocean Alliance, he loves being outside and exploring through hiking, running and snorkelling. Upon completing the fellowship, like all AOSIS fellows, Jeremy will be an international environmental law negotiator for his country.
